不同肥料处理对剑麻叶片内源多胺的影响研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用水培试验的方法,探讨了不同营养元素对剑麻生长发育和内源多胺的影响。研究结果表明,单独施用不同营养元素可不同程度地影响剑麻生长,钙素营养对剑麻生长有重要的影响;剑麻幼苗生长发育阶段内源多胺的含量表现出不同的变化趋势,这可能与其生长发育需要不同的营养有关。 Pot experiment was used to evaluate the effects of different fertilizer supply on growth and endogenous polyamines of sisal hemp. Single fertilizer effeeted the growth of sisal hemp. Obviously, fertilizer Ca supply improved the growth of sisal hemp. Contents of endogenous polyamines varied in the seedling period, which was probably influenced by the changing need of sisal hemp for fertilizer with the growth.
