摘要
目的:探讨便捷门诊在综合医院门诊中的作用。方法:统计分析2006年9~12月份本院便捷门诊和内科门诊就诊人数、经济收益及患者对医疗服务的满意度,了解便捷门诊的社会和经济效益。结果:便捷门诊患者对就医便捷程度的满意率明显高于内科门诊患者,P<0.05;而对医疗服务态度及技术水平的满意率在两组间则无明显差异。便捷门诊自开诊以来,就诊人数明显增加,9~12月份平均增幅152.8%,经济收益平均增幅为33.2%。相应地,9~12月份内科门诊就诊人数与前8个月相比,平均增幅为13.2%;经济收益平均增幅为68.1%。结论:便捷门诊的设立,使患者就医更加高效、快捷;医院也能获得良好的社会和经济效益。提示便捷门诊的设立具有极为重要的作用。
Objective:To investigate the role of convenient clinic in out - patient department in a general hospital. Methods:Some data were compared in convenient clinic outpatient and medicine outpatient to evaluate social and economic benefits as the number of patients, medical income in convenient clinic, and satisfactory degree of the patients during last four months in 2006. Results:The satisfactory degree of the patients was significantly higher in convenient clinic for convenience ( P 〈 0.05 ), but the satisfactory degree of medical staff's attitude and their ability was no significant difference in two group. Since establishing convenient clinic, the number of patients in convenient clinic has increased significantly; the average increase was 152.8%, and the average increase of medical income was 33.2%. Correspondingly, the average increase of the number of patients in medicine clinic during last four months was 13.2% compared with the average of the former eight months, and its average increase of medical income was 68.1%. Conclusion:Building up convenient clinic will benefit the patients, also bring social and economic benefit for hospital.
