摘要
目的探索自固化磷酸钙在根尖诱导成形术中的应用,观察其疗效。方法随机选择门诊牙根发育未形成的患牙153颗,应用自固化磷酸钙充填根管诱导根尖形成,通过和对侧同名牙比较,随访观察5年以上。结果自固化磷酸钙根尖诱导成形术成功率达85%,根尖形成和根端硬组织封闭完整。结论自固化磷酸钙是一种良好的根尖诱导材料,适用于牙根根尖未形成,根端开放的患牙。
Objective To explore the clinical of SCPC in the apexification .Methods 153 teeth With incompletely developed root were treated with SCPC in the apexification .All of the teeth were followed up for 0.5～5years.Results 85% of the treated teeth got the good clinical effects of root development and apical closure. Conclusion SCPC is an ideal material to use in the apexification.
