摘要
目的研究FK506促进周围神经再生的作用机制。方法将人胚坐骨神经植块分4组:0.1μg/mL、1μg/mL和10μg/mL的FK506药物组以及空白对照组,比较各组雪旺细胞从植块中迁出的时间、96h迁移范围和MTT活性。结果FK506药物组人胚雪旺细胞较早从植块中迁移出来,96h迁移范围明显大于对照组,但不同药物浓度组之间无明显差异。结论FK506能促进体外培养的人胚雪旺细胞迁移并抑制成纤维细胞生长,这种作用在较低浓度时也能产生明显效果。
To explore the mechanism of FK506 in promoting peripheral nerve regeneration.Methods Explants from human embryo sciatic nerves were randomly divided into4 groups,the control group and FK506 groups With different doses of 0.1 μg/ml,1μg/ml,and 10 μg/mL.Results lluman fetal Schwann cells migrated out of the explants earlier and occupied larger range in 96 h, and higher MTT activity than that of the control group, but there were no significant differences among the 3different doses. Conclusion FK506 could promote lluman fetal Schwann cell migration in vitro and restain the growth offibroblast. This effect of FK506 was evident in low dose level.
