摘要
目的探讨小儿先天性尿道下裂行尿道成形术术后的护理问题和措施。方法回顾性总结和分析了446例行尿道成形术患儿的主要护理问题。结果446例尿道成形术患儿手术成功率85.82%,无1例发生护理并发症。结论健康教育与舒适护理的措施能让长时间卧床的患儿获得舒适的护理,是手术成功的基础。科学、合理约束患儿能减少因意外拔管、脱管的发生,是手术成功的关键。
Objective To review and introduce the postoperative care for children with congenital hypospadias after urethroplasty. M ethods Common postoperative problems and causes in 446 children were reviewed and analyzed. Results The achievement rate of urethroplasties was 85·82% in 446 patients, and no nursing complications occurred.Conclusion Health education and comfortable care can provide psychological and physiological easiness to keep children in bed, and lead to operative success. Rational constraint can reduce unexpected extubation and is the key point for operative success.
