Based on the best utilization and excavation of health data, in purpose of accuracy management, the development and utilization mode of regional health information emphasized the information construction of regional health work and management activity, performed the unified planning including data collection, process, transmission and information utilization, established the ＂Health Data Center＂ of the regional integration information platform, and formed the information utilization mechanism of ＂Data-Knowledge-Action＂, to soundly promote the regional health information construction relying on the power decision-making of data information and information benefit.
