摘要
当前,青少年上网成瘾已经成为一个严重的社会问题,为此,使用样本熵与功率谱分析方法,对9例过度使用互联网与9例较少使用互联网的受试者的脑电复杂度与功率谱进行了对比研究.发现过度使用互联网者在上网后各电极位置的脑电样本熵值较上网前均明显增大(P<0.05),而较少使用互联网者在上网后大部分电极位置处的样本熵值均较上网前有所减小,并且在一些电极位置处明显减小(P<0.05);而且。相比于上网前,过度使用互联网者在上网后所有电极位置处较慢的δ波成分均明显减少(P<0.05),θ波成分无明显变化,较快的α波、β波和γ波成分大都明显增加(P<0.05),而较少使用互联网者在上网前后脑电的各个成分大都没有明显的变化.这说明过度使用互联网会对大脑产生一定的影响.
At present, young people addicted to internet has become a serious social problem in China. In view of this problem, with sample entropy and power spectrum analysis, comparison studies of electroencephalograph ( EEG ) complexity and power spectrum between 9 excessive internet users and 9 common internet users were carried out. Then the influences of excessive internet use on the users were observed. First, for the excessive internet users, the sample entropy increased obviously ( P〈0.05 ) at all the leads after the subjects had surfed internet. In contrast, for the common internet users, the sample entropy decreased at all the leads after they had surfed internet, even obviously ( P〈0.05 ) at some leads. Secondly, after the subjects had surfed internet, the relative slow wave δ of the excessive internet users decreased obviously (P〈0.05)at all the leads and θ wave changed little. The relative fast waves α, β and γ increased obviously ( P〈0.05 ) at most leads. However, there were no obvious changes of every wave for the common internet users at most leads. It suggests that excessive internet use may have some influences on brain.
