低维有机导体以及(EDT-DSDTFVO)系有机物 被引量:1

摘要 在本文中通过对有机导体的研发的概括叙述,总结了低维有机导体的主要特征。在此基础上简单介绍了在半导体、金属或者超导体中导入spin进行有机导体的进一步研制,其中对新研制的有机物质(EDT-DSDTFVO)系的FeCl4和GaCl4盐的结晶构造和物质性质进行了介绍。
