摘要
利用60Coγ射线预辐照接枝和胺肟化反应合成了聚乙烯醇胺肟螯合纤维,预辐照剂量对接枝率和胺肟基团含量有影响。应用FT-IR和TG研究了纤维的结构和热稳定性能,对纤维吸附Cu(Ⅱ)离子后的结构进行了研究。在pH=5时,该纤维对Cu(Ⅱ)离子的饱和吸附容量为1.12mmol/g·干纤维。
Polyvinyl alcohol amidoxime chelate fiber (PVAAO) was synthesized by preirradition graft copolymerization and amidoximation. The irradiation does influences the percentage of grafting content of amidoxime group in the grafted product and its adsorption capacity. The structure and properties of PVAAO fiber have been studied by the means of FT-IR and TG. The structural changes of PVAAO fiber associated with adsorbed copper ions have also been investigated using FT-IR. The highest adsorption capacity for metal ion Cu(Ⅱ) is 1.12 mmol/g dry fiber.
