摘要 目的通过对非小细胞肺癌肿瘤组织中COX2和VEGF的检测,分析这2种蛋白质与性别、年龄、病理类型、分化程度、肿瘤直径、淋巴结转移、分期和肺癌预后的相关性。方法采用免疫组化法检测48例非小细胞肺癌患者肿瘤组织中2种蛋白质COX2和VEGF的表达。结果COX2高表达在N2期NSCLC中明显多于N0和N1期(P=0.001)。COX2高表达在Ⅲ期NSCLC中明显多于Ⅰ-Ⅱ期(P=0.001)。COX2高表达在非小细胞肺癌手术后1年内疾病进展者中明显多于未进展者(P=0.016)。COX2与淋巴结转移、分期、非小细胞肺癌手术后1年内疾病进展有关。VEGF高表达与COX2高表达有关,相关系数r=0.618。结论COX2与NSCLC淋巴结转移、分期、手术后1年内复发或转移密切相关。 [Objective] To investigate the relationship between COX2, VEGF and the clinical and pathologic variables of NSCLC. [Methods] Immunohistochemistry for COX2 and VEGF was performed for formalin-foxed paraffin-embedded tissues of 48 Chinese NSCLC cases. [Results] There was a strong statistical correlation between cytoplasmic COX2 staining with advanced stages (P =0.001), mediastinal lymph nodes (P =0.001) or disease progression within one year after operation (P =0.016). The high expression of COX2 had relationship with the high expression of VEGF. The coefficient is 0.618. [Conclusion] There is a strong statistical correlation between cytoplasmic COX2 staining and advanced stages, mediastinal lymph nodes, the high expression of VEGF or disease progression within one year after operation.
