高强度聚焦超声治疗子宫肌瘤疗效观察

Study of efficacy of high intensity focused ultrasound in treatment of uterine leiomyomas

目的探讨高强度聚焦超声(HIFU)治疗子宫肌瘤的近期疗效。方法在超声诊断仪监控下应用FEB-BY02型高强度聚焦超声治疗系统对76例子宫肌瘤患者进行治疗,治疗后随访3～6个月,观察评价其治疗效果。结果治疗后63例声像图可见瘤体内部回声增强,29例肿块缩小或消失,36例临床症状改善(如经期缩短,经量减少等)。结论HIFU治疗子宫肌瘤近期疗效高、安全、副作用小。

[Objeelive] To investigate the clinical efficacy of treatment of uterine leiomyoma with high intensity focused ultrasound （HIFU）, [Methods] 76 patients with uterine leiomyoma treated with FEB-BY02 High intensity Focused Ultrasound Treating System under the control of Medical Ultrasonic Diagnostic Equipment. All the patients were followed up for 3-6 monthes after treatment to observe and evaluate the therapeutic effects. [Results] After treatment Ultrasonographie analysis of 63 eases found the echo inside uterine leiomyoma was amplified, 29 eases whose lumps diminished or disappeared and 36 eases whose clinieal symptoms were improved：the period was shorten, menstruation was reduced, There were no obvious side effects in 76 eases. [Conclusion] The treatment of uterine leiomyoma with HIFU is safe and effective, and less side-effect.
