摘要 采用廉价的氨基磺酸作为催化剂,芳香酮以及环己酮、3-戊酮与芳香醛、芳香胺可直接发生Mannich反应,生成相应的Mannich碱,产率均在60%~95%。氨基磺酸作为催化剂表现出高效的催化活性,优良的稳定性及良好的利用效率。 When sulfamic acid is used to catalyze the Mannich reaction of aromatic ketone ( nadone or 3-pentanone) with aromatic aldehydes and aromatic amines, the commensurate Mannich-bases can easily be obtained, and the product yield is in the range of 60% -95% .Sulfamic acid as an inexpensive solid catalyst with good stability can catalyze the reaction in high efficiency and also can be readily recycled and reused.
