摘要
在微波辐射下用硫酸盐催化合成了标题化合物。考察了微波辐射时间、微波辐射功率、原料配比、催化剂用量及不同硫酸盐对产率的影响。当微波辐射功率为462W,辐射时间为5min,苯甲醛用量为0.03mol,季戊四醇用量为0.015mol,硫酸铝用量为0.2g时,产率可达90.1%。
Dibenzalpenlpentaerythritol was directly synthesized from benzaldehyde and pentaerythfitol under microwave irradiation with sulfates used as catalyst. The effects of microwave irradiation time, microwave irradiation power, reactant ratio, amount of catalyst, and different kind of sulfates on the yield of dibenzalpenlpentaerythritol were studied. The results showed that the most suitable condition for the reaction were as follows : the mlcrowave irradiation power was 462 W, the radiation time was 5 min , the amount of benzaldehyde was 0.03 mol , the pentaerythrltol dosage was 0.015 mol, the amount of aluminum sulfate was 0.2 g, and the yield reached up to 90.1%.
