B亚型患者在血型相容性肝移植中输血产生IgG抗-B1例报告
摘要
患者女,52岁,因胆管癌于2006年7月28日在我院行肝移植术。无输血史,孕2产2。术前血红蛋白128g/L,血小板117×10^9/L,血型B型,RhD（＋）,抗体筛查阴性。供肝者为O型。术中输配血相合的B型红细胞悬液9U及新鲜冰冻血浆2400ml，未见不良反应。术后第1天查血红蛋白109g／L，血小板125×10^9g／L。1周后出现血红蛋白下降，13d时降至49g／L，
