摘要
为研究离子束介导大豆DNA的小麦变异株系在3叶期的蛋白水解酶的变化,采用复性电泳对筛选出的低蛋白变异株系05-3-1和05-15-1,作不同pH条件下的蛋白水解酶酶谱分析,结果显示:在酸性和中性条件下,与对照相比,变异株系的2102、24 kD两条酶带活性较强,均多检测到183 kD一条新酶带;在碱性条件下,变异株系05-15-1少检测到160 kD的酶带.
Proteinases of low-protein Variants Lines of Wheat Transferal with Soybean DNA by Ion Beam During Trefoil Stage are analyzed with SDS-G-PAGE under different PH in this paper. The results show: in contrast to control, 183 kD, is tested in the low-protein offspring plants under pH 5.0 and pH 7.0;210 and 224 kD of variants took on more stronger than control; 160 kD is not presented in variation az in comparison with control and variation al under pH 8.5.
