Research on a New Natural Soft-switching for Variable Current Technology

摘要 以拓展三相逆变器的自然软开关动作状态为出发点,提出了一种新型可升压自然软开关变流技术。由于采用该技术的新型三相逆变器电路结构简单,控制方便、可靠,因而能方便地作为电力有源滤波器的逆变器用于谐波补偿。在此,对一种新型逆变器拓扑和新型自然软开关变流技术特性进行了研究。通过对主电路的分析,推导出了新型AC/DC/AC变换器拓扑。采用空间电压矢量法,并结合所提出拓扑的特点,重点介绍了如何采用锯齿载波空间矢量脉宽调制法,以实现数字控制。最后通过仿真实验,验证了该控制技术的正确性和可行性。 This paper presents a new variable current technology for natural soft-switching,based on developing the natural soft-switching act-state for the three-phase inverter.The technology for new three-phase inverter is adopted, because of its circuit structure is simple and credibility,so it is used for harmonic compensation on the inverter for active power fiher.A new scheme is proposed for the inverter topology structure and variable current technology for natural soft-switching.Based on the main circuit analysis,a space voltage vectors method is proposed for a new AC-DC-AC inverter.The realization of digital control is discussed based on the characteristic for its topology and adopted the space vectors pulse-width modulation method of the indented cartier.Finally, the simulative experiment demonstrates the correctness and feasibility of this proposed scheme.
