摘要 燃料电池发动机是燃料电池汽车的主要动力源,具有节能与环保的优点,但同时也存在输出特性软,动态响应时间慢,以及变工况适应性差的不足。DC/DC变换器可以弥补燃料电池发动机的上述缺点,实现对整车能量流动的控制,是燃料电池电动车(Fuel Cell Electric Vehicles,简称FCEV)的关键零部件之一。研制的90kW DC/DC变换器采用了输入输出复合切换控制方法,能够根据整车控制器的要求,满足在各种工况下的稳压、稳流输出,同时还具有响应快,转换效率高的特点。该变换器已装载于国内多台FCEV中,零故障累计运行6万多公里。 There is a growing prospect of Fuel Cell Electric Vehicles (FCEV).As the main power source for FCEV,Fuel Cell (FC) is interested in its environmental concerns,but there are also some disadvantages,such as soft external charac- teristic,slow dynamic response and bad adaptability of variational load.DC-DC converter is one of the key components in FCEV,which can overcome FC's disadvantages and control the energy flow of FCEV.An output & input characteristic au- to-switch method was used in DC-DC converter which adapts to different construction of electronic control unit,to provide constant voltage, constant current, coupled with the character of fast respond and high efficiency.The developed conveners are successfully applied to some domestic FCEV and road experiments over a span of 60 000 kilometers are accomplished without any fault.
