摘要
介绍了一种加箝位二极管的移相全桥零电压软开关(Phase Shifted Full-bridge Zero Voltage Switching,简称SFBZVS)DC/DC变换器工作原理;详细分析了箝位二极管和辅助电感对系统工作的影响。在仿真和理论分析的基础上,研制了2.6kW移相全桥软开关DC/DC变换器,其效率最大为93.6%。实验结果表明,该变换器比较适合中大功率场合,现已成功用于某重点项目中,并取得了良好的效果。
The operating principle of a Phase Shifted Full-Bridge Zero-Voltage-Switching (PSFB ZVS) DC-DC converter with clamping diodes is introduced.The effects of the clamping diodes and auxiliary inductance are detailed,Based on the analysis, a prototype of 2.6 kW PSFB ZVS DC-DC converter is fulfilled,with the highest efficiency of 93.6%.The experimental results confirm that this converter is very suitable for middle-& high-power applications.It is applied in a large item successfully.
