摘要
以研制用于新型航空地面电源的逆变器为对象,研究了双降压式半桥逆变电路(Dual Buck Inverter,简称DBI)加双极性正弦脉宽调制(SPWM)控制技术;详细分析了双降压式半桥逆变器与全桥逆变器相比的优点和双降压式半桥逆变器的工作模式,以及与电流滞环控制相比双极性SPWM技术运用在大功率逆变器的好处;最后介绍了输出115V/400Hz/10kW的实验样机;给出了逆变器的仿真结果和实验数据,证明了该方案实现大功率逆变器的可行性。
Focusing on the research of the novel ground power supply unit for airplanes,and majoring in the design of in- verter,this paper has studied a technique which is the combination of dual buck inverter circuit and bipolar Sine Pulse Width Modulation (SPWM).The merit of the dual buck inverter compared with the full-bridge inverter,and the dual buck inverter working pattern are described.Then the benefits of SPWM technique used in the high power inverter, compared with the hysteresis current control, are analyzed.At last,the simulation result and the empirical datum on an 115 V/400 Hz/ 10 kW inverter prototype proven this plan is feasibility for the high power inverter.
