摘要
在高密度聚乙烯中分别添加粒状、纤维状和层状填料,制备出结构和性能不同的几种聚乙烯基复合材料.利用Ceast仪器化冲击试验机,Instoron4302万能材料试验机,SRV摩擦磨损试验机,MHK-500型环-块磨损试验机等,研究了填料的形态、性质对聚乙烯基复合材料之机械性能和摩擦磨损性能的影响.结果表明,在填料的添加量相同时,纤维状填料改善材料摩擦学性能的作用最明显,而层状填料的改性效果都比较差.以质量分数为30%的玻璃纤维增强的聚乙烯基复合材料,具有良好的机械性能和摩擦学性能,是一种有应用前景的高分子减摩抗磨材料.
A series of high density polyethylene (HDPE) based composites with different structure property spectra were prepared by adding different fillers into HDPE.The effects of fillers structure and content on the mechanical and tribological properties of HDPE based composites were studied by means of mechanical and tribological properties analysis through Ceast instrumental impact system,Instoron4302 mechanical test machine,SRV vibration friction machine and MHK 500 friction and wear tester.The experimental results showed that with the same content of fillers,tribological properties of composites could be improved quite a lot by adding fibrous fillers such as glassfiber,K 2TiO 3 fiber,but increased little by adding layer fillers such as mica,graphite and MoS 2.HDPE based composites reinforced by 30%(in mass fraction) glassfiber have good mechanical properties,well wear resistance and low friction factor,which would be a good candidate for the tribological applications under severe conditions.
