摘要
制备了由两层蓝色磷光发射层和一层红色荧光发射层组成的荧光磷光复合白光器件.器件的结构为ITO/NPB(40nm)/8%FIrpic∶CBP(xnm)/DCJTB(1nm)/8%FIrpic∶CBP(40~xnm)/BPhen(30nm)/Mg∶Ag(10∶1,100nm)/Ag(50nm),其中位于两个蓝色磷光发射层中间的薄层DCJTB层作为非掺杂的红光发射层.器件具有良好的色坐标和较高的器件效率,当电流密度为15A/m2,器件的最高效率为10.5cd/A,此时亮度为150cd/m2;当电流密度上升为3000A/m2时,器件亮度为14400cd/m2.
We fabricated the white organic light-emitting diodes (WOLEDs) with two blue phosphorescence emissive layers and one red fluorescence emissive layer. The fabricated device structure was ITO / NPB(40 nm) / 8% Flrpic CBP(xnm) / DCJTB(1 nm) /8% Flrpic CBP(40~ xnm) / BPhen(30 nm) / Mg :Ag ( 10:1, 100 nm)/Ag(50 nm), in which the thin DCJTB layer between the two phosphorescence emissive layers was employed as an undoped red emissive layer. The WOLEDs showed an improved white balance and a high efficiency of 10.5 cd/A at a current density of 15 A/m^2 and a luminance of 150 cd/m^2, as well as a maximum luminance of 14 440 cd/m^2 at a current density of 3 000 A/m^2.
