摘要
提出由传输函数直接设计电流模式低通对数域滤波器的方法,实现了电流模式一阶低通对数域滤波器.并根据一阶低通、高通和全通滤波器之间的结构关系,设计出具有多输出功能的一阶对数域滤波器,该滤波器结构简单,PSPICE仿真表明,它具有良好的频率响应特性,可以实现低电压工作,且能通过改变外部电流调节截止频率.
This paper proposes a design method of current-mode lowpass log-domain filter, which is derived from the transfer function. The first-order one is implemented. Based on the structure relative a- mong first-order lowpass, highpass, and allpass filter, we design the log-domain first-order multifunction filter. The proposed filter has a simple structure. PSPICE simulations show that it has good frequency response, and it can be operated at low voltage and electronically tuned by changing an external current.
