摘要
为适应未来数字化社会电能质量的多层次需求和电力市场下的多层次交易,要求对电能质量进行科学等级评价。本文提出了依据电磁环境四种兼容水平的电能质量分类分级法;在此基础上,提出了具有有效激励机制的基于短板效应的综合等级评价方法。电能质量的等级评价结果可以作为用户选择供电服务的参考依据,有利于最终实现电能按质定价。
In a liberalized electricity level with different price. So how to market, it is not surprising that define the synthetic power quality different grading customers need different power quality evaluation system became a concerned problem. In this paper, five levels ( Ⅰ- Ⅴ) of voltage deviations, power-frequency deviations, voltage unbalance, harmonics, voltage flick and distribution reliability considering voltage sags were defined respectively based on the IEC61000-2-4 international standard and power quality actual monitoring results in China. The synthetic power quality level of the monitoring sites was determined by the worst grade of six categories based on cask principle, which is an incentive mechanism. Case study results showed and to conduct the quantitative and qualitative that the proposed method is beneficial to distinguish power quality level evaluation of power quality. The application analysis of the evaluation system was also discussed in the paper.
