抽提装置脱重塔原用的板式冷凝器易泄漏、安全可靠性低、检修频繁。分析认为抽提装置脱重塔冷凝器采用板翅式换热器是可行的,并进行了设备的设计、选型和应用,通过应用表明,板翅式换热器具有换热效率高、结构紧凑、安全可靠性高等特点,并取得了良好的经济效益。

The plate type condenser of the recti- fication tower in the butadiene extraction equip- ment was used to leak easily lower security and reliability,overhaul frequently.The analysis thinks the condenser of the recti-fication tower in the butadiene extraction equipment adoption plate tapy condenser is viable,and carried on the design selection,application of the equipment, through tne application indicate that the plate ta- py con-denser have high efficiency heat ex- changer,cramped construction,higher security and reliability etc,the application obtained a good economic performance.
