摘要
BA110乙烷裂解炉辐射炉管直段和出口进入废热锅炉前的炉管管段,进行修复焊接时在焊口附近出现新的焊接裂纹,使得修复工作无法进行,只能更大面积的更换。对修复时出现的裂纹进行了全面的检验和分析,并提出了改进修复方法的建议。
It was no way to performance the res- toration work and replacement work had to be conducted since new cracks were occurring on BA110 ethane cracking heater around its weld junctions of the radiant straight tube section and outlet from where to the waste heat boiler dur- ing its restoration.An overall examination and a- nalysis of the reasons were performed on the cracks and solutions were put forward to the res- toration.
