摘要 【目的】对不同程度单纯性肥胖儿童的血脂成份、内皮素(ET)结合临床进行分析,探讨单纯性肥胖儿童血脂和ET的变化及临床意义。【方法】选择单纯性肥胖儿童50例和对照组儿童42例,对两组儿童进行临床检查和血总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、ET的检测。【结果】①单纯性肥胖组与对照组比较,体质指数(BMI)、血压(BP)均增高,差异均有显著性(P<0.05);②单纯性肥胖组血清TC,TG,LDL,ET较对照组各项均增高,差异有显著性,且增高程度与BMI呈正相关;HDL水平两组比较差异无显著性。【结论】单纯性肥胖儿童存在血脂代谢紊乱,血清TC,TG,LDL和ET水平均升高,应对单纯性肥胖儿童进行早期干预,从儿童时期开始预防动脉粥样硬化性心血管疾病。 [Objective] To investigate the changes and their clinical significance of blood lipid,endothelin(ET) in simple obesity children. [Methods] A total of 92 children ,including 50 simple obesity children(obesity group) and 42 normal children(control group) ,were enrolled in the study. All the children were given physical and serum total cholesterol(TC),triglyeride(TG) ,low density lipoprotein(LDL), high density lipoprotein(HDL) and endothelin(ET) examination respectively. [Results] ①There were significant differences in body mass index(BMI) and blood pressure between obesity group and control group. ②)The levels of TC,TG, LDL, ET in obesity group were all higher than those in control group obviously(P〈0. 05).The significant positive correlation between the obesity children serum lipids, ET and BMI were observed. The differences of HDL level in obesity group and the controls were not obvious. [Conclusions] Metabolic disorder of blood lipid is present in simple obesity children, the levels of TC, TG, LDL and ET increases in obesity children. Arterioscle-rotic cardiovascular disease should be prevented in earlier period of childhood.
