摘要
以白菜幼苗为研究对象,通过溶液培养方式,探讨硒对镉胁迫其部分生理指标的影响.结果表明,镉毒害导致白菜幼苗叶绿素、可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖质量分数下降,脯氨酸质量分数增加,加硒后,生理生化指标变化有一定缓解作用.
In this paper, the effects of Se on some physiological characteristics of pakchoi young seedling under Cd stress was discussed. Result showed that Cd toxicity could lead to reduction of chlorophyll, soluble sugar, soluble protein concentration and increase of praline concentration. When Se + Cd are put into the cabbage, their physiological and biochemical indicators were relieved.
