摘要 对利用热水提取法从麦冬中提取多糖的工艺条件进行了研究.在提取过程中,通过单因素法分析了几个主要因素:料液质量比、提取温度、浸泡时间及提取温度对提取率的影响.在单因素的基础上,通过均匀设计法对热水提取麦冬多糖的工艺条件进行了优化,实验表明,最佳提取工艺条件为:料液质量比为1∶10,浸泡时间150 m in,提取温度90℃,提取180m in,提取率为66.55%. This paper studied the process of extracting polysaccharides from Ophiopogon japonicus. During the extracting process, four main factors, namely solid:liquid ratio, immersing time, extraction temperature and extraction time were studied by using single factor analysis method. On basis of the above, the optimal conditions of extraction of polysaccharides were obtained by uniform design as follows : ratio of solid to liquid 1: 10, immersing time of 150 min, water extraction temperature of 90℃, and water extraction time of 180 min. There is the highest precipitation ratio of polysaccharides 66.55%.
