为进一步规范国际船舶代理行为,加强海事监管,借鉴其他口岸查验机构的做法,提出有关加强国际船舶代理业务管理的建议和设想,对于规范船舶代理市场行为,提高行业整体水平,建立统一公平竞争的市场秩序和船舶通关秩序,将起到积极的作用。
In order to further standardize the administration of international shipping agency and strengthen the maritime supervision, some related suggestions and proposals are put forward on the basis of the experience of other inspection examination organization. It plays a positive role in the standardization of the shipping agency performance, the heighten of the overall profession level and establishing the uniform fair competition market order and ship clearance order.
