摘要
胶结材料及用量、骨料、掺加料、拌合水、外加剂和温度,是影响聚合物改性水泥砂浆质量的重要因素;聚合物改性水泥砂浆质量控制,是使其具有一定的强度、保水性、粘结强度、流动性以及低成本。采用数理统计的方法,对聚合物改性水泥砂浆质量控制目标与质量影响因素之间的关系进行处理。结果表明,当工程数据量足够大时,用线性回归的方法,可找出目标与影响因素之间的经验关系表达式。
There are six factors affecting of polymer modified mortar (PM). They are polymer type, bone material, ratio of polymer and powder, temperature, fine particle and chemical component. The quality control aims to make PM meet its strength requirements, water retentivity, adhesive strength, fluidity and low cost. The relation between the quality control's aims and the factors affecting the PM's quality is processed using mathematical statistics. The result shows that when the amount of practical data is large, the approximate relational expression between the aims and the factors should be found out using linear regression method.
