摘要
从制约混凝土结构收缩裂缝发展的角度,针对3种不同强度等级(C20,C40和C60)的45个混凝土构件(100 mm×100mm×375 mm),分别进行了5个龄期(3 d,7 d,14 d,28 d和60 d)的轴心抗拉强度和受拉弹性模量试验研究,得出了轴心抗拉强度随龄期增长的经验公式,并给出了60 d龄期内各个龄期混凝土轴心抗拉强度与劈裂抗拉强度之间的换算公式;提出了混凝土受拉弹性模量随龄期增长的经验公式,上述公式对指导商品混凝土的生产与工程应用有适用意义,为今后修订现行GB50010-2002《混凝土结构设计规范》中有关耐久性的条文,提供了重要的试验数据和背景材料。
In order to avoid the early shrinkage cracking in concrete structure, the regularity of early mechanical properties with age is also controlled. The axial tensile strength and the tensile elastic modulus of concrete specimens ( including 3 strength grades and 5 ages) are studied in detail. The formulas of the axial tensile strength with age are received. The conversion formulas between the axial tensile strength and the splitting tensile strength at different ages in 60 - day are all received, meanwhile, the formula of tensile elastic modulus with age is obtained. The formula has much more modification and improvement, and can supply the important data and material to the 《code for design of concrete structures》( GB50010 -2002).
