经验正交函数分析在轴承故障诊断中的应用 被引量:1

EOF Analysis of Vibration Signal in the Diagnosis of Rolling Bearings

摘要 利用CWRU(the Case Western Reserve University Bearing Data Center)数据,运用经验正交函数方法,给出了滚动轴承在测试台基座、电机驱动端、风扇端不同空间上振动信号与主成分的相关系数分布图,分析了分布图与正常轴承、内圈、外圈及滚动体故障轴承的关系。仿真结果显示:采用这种分析方法能够直观地诊断出滚动轴承的健康状态。 Based on the CWRU(the Case Western Reserve University Bearing Data Center) data of vibration signal, the correlation coefficient maps, associated with the principal component and vibration signal on the base, drive end and fan end of the motor housing in the test stand, are determined with the tech nique of EOF(Empirical Orthogonal Function)analysis. The results show that the maps are evidently relat ed with normal bearings,inner race fault,outer race fault,and ball fault bearings. Finally, authors suggest that the method is worthy of consideration for the diagnosis of rolling bearings health.
