当前,在校学生运动员的训练和文化学习是一个比较突出的矛盾,然而,随着我国学校体育的不断改革与完善,对这一群体提出了更高的要求。通过对这一现象加以分析和认识,以进一步完善学校运动员的培养体系,加强运动员自身文化建设。

At present, Athletes training and learning is a conspicuous contradictions in school, however, as China's continuous school sports reform and improvement, it has set higher requirements. Through analyzed this phenomenon and understanding, we hope that it can improve the school's athletes train system and enhancing the athletes themselves cultural building.
