803株临床常见细菌分布及药敏分析

摘要 目的对2006-2007年本院临床送检标本分离的病原菌种类及药物的敏感性进行监测,为临床合理用药提供指导信息。方法按照《全国临床检验操作规程》要求留取临床标本和进行细菌的接种分离与鉴定及药物的敏感性试验。结果2006~2007年本院临床送检标本共2286份,分离出病原菌803株,分离率为35·13%(803/2286),其中,G-菌609株(75·84%),G+菌192株(23·91%),真菌2株(0·25%),G+菌或G-菌均有不同程度的多重耐药菌株,并能拮抗多种抗菌药物。结论随着大量广谱抗菌药物在临床广泛应用,必然进一步增加多重耐药菌产生,加强细菌药物敏感性监测,严格合理应用抗菌药物的监测与管理,已成为医院管理和感染控制的重要内容。 Objective To monitor drug sensitivity and the classification of pathogen isolated from clinical specimens in Zunyi hospital in 2006-2007,which can guide using drugs reasonably in clinical work.Methods According to the request of the protocol of national clinical laboratory,we collected clinical specimens for bacteriological vaccination and isolation and identified of the drug sensitivity.Results 803 pathogens were separated from 2286 clinical specimens with 35.13%(803/2286) of the isolating rate,including gram negative 609 strain(75.84%) and gram positive 192 strain(23.91%) and fungi 2 strain(0.25%).We also found multiple drug-resistant strains in gram positive and negative bacteria.Conclusion With the widely using of many broad-spectrum antibacterial in clinical medicine,it is inevitable to increase the multi-drug resistant bacteria.It has become important part on hospital administration and infection control to strengthen the monitoring of drug sensitivity and to supervise strictly with respect to rational application of antibiotics.
