证券公司市场化退出的经济学分析

诞生于计划经济体制时期的证券公司长期处于政府的保护下,退出壁垒较高,严重阻碍了我国证券市场的规范运行和稳健发展。对建立证券公司市场化退出机制的原因进行了经济学分析,并基于经济学分析提出相应的政策建议。

Securities companies, resulted from planned economy, have been under the government protection, the barrier to exit from securities market is comparatively high, which hinders seriously the normally running and the healthy development of the stock industry in our country. The paper with economics theory analyzes the reasons for market withdraw of securities companies, and then on the basis of the economics theory, the related measures and suggestions are proposed.
