The Maximum Entropy theory is an imformation managing way which could be used effectively for solving uncertain information thing and random matter. This paper first discussed the possible uncertain thing and ramdom matter that coused by area proportion of national teacher＇s network alliance node, then analysed its area distributing matter with Maximum Entropy theory, finally brought forward the sovling notion and the model frame.
