On the Strategic Thinking of Leading Cadres

培养和提高领导干部的战略思维能力是新世纪现代化建设事业对各级领导干部提出的迫切要求。领导干部要培养战略思维能力必须加强哲学修养,提高辩证思维能力;努力拓展知识面,用丰厚的知识积累作为战略思维的材料;崇尚实践,勇于实践,善于实践,在实践中提高战略思维能力;还要善于利用外脑。

It is requested in the new century for leaders of all levels to develop and improve the ablities of strategic thinking. In order to develop the ability of strategic thinking, leading cadres must increase accomplishment of philosophy, improve abilities of dialectical thinking, expand limits of knowledge, be bold in practice and improve the ability of strategic thinking through practice, they should also know how to make use of foreign brains.
