从培养学生的科学精神、创新性思维品质和创新能力入手,就创新型医学人才的内涵、现代社会对医学人才的要求,提出了培养创新型医学人才的认识。

This Article according cultivating student＇s scientific mental, ability and spirit of innovation to discussing about the connotation of innovative medical talents, the request of the modem society. And the four recognitions on educating innovative medical talents are proposed.
