清河县由改革开放前河北省18个最贫困的县之一而跃为如今河北省30经济强县之一的经济崛起,主要归功于其区域内发达的民营经济和政府在区域经济发展中开明而有效的管理。清河县经济的快速发展,实际上就是走了一条地方政府超常规发展民营经济的道路。它的成功,为我国中西部经济落后地区的区域经济增长提供了可供借鉴的经验和有益的启示。

Springing up from one of the 18 most impoverished counties before reform and opening up to one of the 30 richest counties at present in Hebei province, Qinghe county owes its great economic rise to the local highly developed private economy and the enlightened and effective government management： In other words, its rapid economic development is the results of government＇s great efforts to develop private economy.
