膝关节镜下重建修复膝关节交叉韧带 被引量:1

Early arthroscopic reconstruction in treatment of complete rupture cruciate ligament

摘要 目的探讨膝关节镜下对急慢性前、后交叉韧带(ACL、PCL)断裂的重建治疗,以期恢复膝关节稳定性。方法在关节镜下使用自体或异体的骨-髌腱-骨、肌腱重建修复断裂的前、后交叉韧带。结果2001年2月至2007年7月共治疗前、后交叉韧带20例,术后平均随访12个月,效果良好。结论早期关节镜下重建修复断裂的前,后交叉韧带,手术创伤小,病人能最大限度的恢复膝关节稳定性和运动功能。 Objective To reconstruct acute and chronic complete rupture of anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) ,posterior cruciate ligament(PCL) assisted with arthroscope , for the recovery of knee join'stability. Methods Twenty cases of complete rupture cruciate ligament were reconstructed with using patellar tedon autograft, semiten dinosus tendon, gracilis ten don. Results From February 2001 to July 2007. follow up ranged from 6 months to 1 year and 6 months ( average 11 months ). clinical result showed that the stability of knee joint was satisfactory in the early stage. Conclusion Acute complete rupture ACL、PCL can be reconstructed arthroscopically in the early stage and the injuries were moderate, combined injuries could be treated at the same time, and the stability of knee joint could recover in the early stage after operation.
