摘要
本文介绍用于评价牙科和生物材料细胞毒性的^(125)I—UdR—释放法。该方法使用悬浮培养的K562细胞(人慢性髓样白血病细胞)。采用材料与细胞直接接触方式。与其他细胞毒性实验方法相比,具有快速、简便、客观、精确和定量的优点。已应用该方法对14种牙科和生物材料的细胞毒性进行了评价。
The 125 I-UdR-releasing method which evaluating the cytotoxin of dental materials and biomaterials is introduced in this article. This method, using K526 cell cultured suspendedly (humen chronic marrow- like leukaemia cell) is in direct contact way between materials and cells. Compared with other method of cytotoxin exper-ment it has the advantages of quickness, simplicity. objectiveness, accuracy and fixed quantity. And it had been used to e- valuating the cytotoxin of 14 kinds of dental materials and biomaterials.
