目的规范我院对药学情报信息的收集、整理和传递等操作,为临床提供用药咨询服务。方法通过信息资料的采集,建立信息查询档案和药学情报信息中心,并把有关药学情报信息通过院刊、院报形式向全院发放。结果向临床医生提供合理用药的最新资料,提高药物疗法和医治的水平,尽量减少或避免发生药物不良反应,使药物安全、有效的用到病人身上。结论该规范切实可行,操作良好。
