摘要 金属翼板粘接桥虽有不少优点,但脱落率仍明显高于常规修复方法,脱落位置在釉质—树脂界面或树脂—金属界面。尤其是树脂—金属界面的断裂。本文采用KH550为主的综合措施,经过X射线能谱仪检测证明除物理固位外尚有化学固位,化学理论分析无毒,经渗漏试验和急性毒性试验证实,KH550可以用在临床,而粘接强度测定和临床验证进一步证明它们的价值。 Although metal base adhension buidge have many advantages, the rate that it falls off from teeth is higher than other routin methods. The position that it falls off is on the face of enamel-resin and resin-metal. We take a series of methods that KH550 is chief. It is proved that not only physical bond but also chemical bond exist on the face of resin-metal by XPS (X-ray photo-electron spectroscopy) and KH550 has not poisonousness by acute poison test and leakage test. it can be used in clinical practice. It proved the value of KH550 by adhesion strength and clinical practice. We think it solved the problem of crack on face of resin-metal.
