子痫前期孕妇血清中VEGF表达的临床研究

Clinical study on the expression of VEGF in serum of preeclampsia pregnancies

目的:检测孕晚期正常妊娠及子痫前期孕妇血清血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的水平,探讨VEGF与妊高征发病的关系。方法:采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测28例孕晚期健康孕妇(对照组)及35例子痫前期患者(子痫前期组)血清VEGF水平。结果:子痫前期组VEGF为(331·78±92·46)pg/ml,显著低于正常妊娠晚孕期水平(P<0·01)。随子痫前期病情加重,VEGF水平呈下降趋势(P<0·01)。结论:孕妇血清中VEGF的下降与子痫前期发病及病情进展有关。

Objective： Detect the serum levels of vescular endothelial growth factor （VEGF） of the normal pregnancies and the PE pregnanciesin third trimester, in order to investigate the relationship between VEGF and pathogenesis of PE. Methods： Serum samples were collected from 28 healthy pregnant women （control group） in third trimester and 35 PE pregnancies. VEGF levels were detected by enzymelinked immunosorbent assay （ELISA） . Results： The serum levels of VEGF of PE group were （331.78 ±92. 46） pg/ml, which were significantly lower than that of control group （P 〈0. 01 ） . There was a significant trend that serum levels of VEGF in PE group decreased with the severity of PE （P 〈0. 01 ） . Conclusion： The decline of serum levels of VEGF of pregnancies correlates with the pathogenesis and severity of PE.
