在我国高等教育大众化进程中,高职教育实现了跨越式发展,但也存在教育目标定位不准、办学方向不够明确等问题。要实现高职教育的健康、持续、和谐发展,高职院校必须准确定位,明确发展方向,创新办学理念,积极进行教学改革,加强"双师型"教师队伍和实验、实训基地建设。

In advancement of our country＇s higher education popularity, the higher vocational education has realized surmounted development, but it also has some problems such as the improper educational localization of target and the indefinite school-running characteristics, etc. To realize the healthy, continual and harmonious development of higher vocational education, the higher vocational colleges must achieve the correct localization, be clear about the development trend, innovate the school-running idea, positively carry on the educational reform and strengthen the construction of teaching group and the experiment and practice base.
