当代中国高等职业教育发展迅速,高职学生的职业生涯规划也日渐成为人们关注的前沿性话题。然而,职业教育重视"技能"和"应用"的指导思想,被一些高职院校误解为可以淡化人文素质教育,致使高职学生的人文知识和素质水平有滑坡倾向。成功的个人职业生涯规划需要良好的人文素质基础,因此,加强人文素质教育是指导高职学生进行职业生涯规划的必要前提。

In rapid development of Chinese higher vocational education, students＇ career planning is increasingly attended as a prefatory topic. However, the guiding thoughts of emphasizing skills and practice on vocational education are misunderstood to ignore humanistic education so that vocational college students have the tendency of impoverishing humanistic knowledge and quality. Successful personal career needs good humanistic fundamentals. Therefore, strengthening humanistic quality education is the prerequisite to guiding career planning for higher vocational college students.
