基于红外测温仪的温度测量系统设计

The Design of Temperature Measurement System Based on Infrared Thermometer

利用红外测温仪测量某电炉温度,通过RS-232总线实现了测温仪与计算机之间的通信。基于Visu-al Basic编程平台开发温度自动监测软件,提供温度的实时显示、记录及曲线绘制,在出现异常时进行报警。结果表明,该温度测量系统结构简单、使用方便,满足预定要求,设计方法可为热工测量系统的开发提供参考。

Infrared thermometer was adopted to measure the temperature of an electric stove. RS - 232 bus was used for the communication between the infrared thermometer and the computer. A temperature automatic monitoring software was developed based on Visual Basic, which provided the functions including the temperature real time display, data record and curve plotting. When abnormities occurred, the software would give an alarm. The results indicate that the temperature measurement system is easy to use and is able to meet the destining requirements. The design method is helpful for the development of thermal measurement systems.
