真空蒸发镀膜法制备TiO_2薄膜及其催化活性 被引量:3

摘要 用真空蒸发镀膜法在铜、玻璃板、不锈钢板3种不同材料上负载了TiO2薄膜,并用扫描电镜(SEM)和能量色散谱(EDS)对薄膜进行表征与分析.以苯酚废水为对象进行了光催化降解试验,研究了3种不同基材TiO2薄膜的光催化活性.与商品TiO2粉末的悬浮态光催化试验对比,该方法制备的TiO2薄膜具有催化剂用量少,活性高,易回收的优点.不同基材的TiO2薄膜光催化活性有所不同,不锈钢板较好,玻璃板次之,铜板最差. TiO2 films were prepared by vacuum evaporation coating on stainless steel plate, copper, and glass. The films were characterized and analysed by EDS and SEM. Phenol was used to character the photocatalytic activity of the films. Experiments show that the TiO2 films prepared by vacuum evaporation have higher photocatalytic activity than commodity TiO2 powder which was used as the material of the films. Different from substrate, the photocatalytic activity is different to some extent, TiO2/steel〉TiO2/ glass〉TiO2/Cu.
