2006年济南市历下区姚家镇儿童“五苗”及时接种情况调查

Investigation on the Coverage of Five Routine Vaccines among Children in Yaojia District of Ji'nan in 2006

[目的]探讨完善儿童免疫接种工作的途径。[方法]采用世界卫生组织推荐的组群抽样法,以姚家镇各村居为单位随机抽样18个点,入户调查统计680名儿童。[结果]"五苗"全程及时接种率为95.3%,流动儿童及时接种率为83.3%,父母文化程度低的儿童及时接种率为85.1%。[结论]加强流动儿童和父母文化程度低的儿童的免疫接种工作。

[Objective]To explore and optimize relevant measures of immunization among children. [Methods]18 spots from Yaojia villages were randomly selected and 680 children were investigated based on WHO recommended methods. [Results]The overall coverage of five routine vaccines was 95.3% ,while 83.3% in migrant children and 85. 1% in children from lower educated family. [Conclusion]Immunization should be strengthened for children from lower educated family.
