摘要 [目的]掌握河南省洛阳市部分食品微生物污染的情况。[方法]对洛阳市2005~2006年食品卫生检测资料进行分析。[结果]2年共检测食品样品1256份,合格1034份,合格率为90.29%。其中,2005年合格率为90.66%(699/771),2006年合格率为89.69%(435/485),不同年份间合格率的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);各季节的合格率分别为91.70%、87.25%、91.12%、92.20%;熟肉类合格率为80.31%,其他食品为94.71%,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]洛阳市食品卫生总体水平较高,今后应继续加强对食品的监督检测,避免食源性疾病的发生。 [Objective]To learn food contamination of microbe in Luoyang city in 2 years. [Methods]Food examination data of food hygiene from 2005 to 2006 in Louyang were analyzed. [Results]Of the 1256 food samples tested from 2005 to 2006,1 034 were up to standard accounting for 90.29%.The qualified rate was 90.66% and 89.69% in 2005 and 2006. There was no difference of the qualified rate in different years ( P 〉 0.05). The qualified rate of food in Spring, Summer,Autumn,Winter was 91.70%, 87.25% ,91.12% and 92.20% respectively. The qualified rate of cooked meat was 80.31% the others was 94.71%. There was a difference ( P 〈0.01). [Conclusion]The qualified rate of food in Luoyang was higher. Supervision should be strongthened in order to prevent the prevalence of food-induced diseases.
